This was my first time visiting since moving to Auburn. The staff was friendly, and informative. The food was wonderfully prepared, my only wish is that we got checked on while eating one more time. They came by once, but half way through the maple sriracha salad and I needed water. I ordered an earl grey tea, and the warm drink did nothing to soothe the small fire in my mouth.

This is a hidden gem of a restaurant I wish I had known about before ! It is mainly a “country store” for the purpose of selling and showcasing their brand of pancake and waffle mixes among other things. However there is a small area with about maybe a dozen or so tables where they have a cafe that features menu items utilizing their products. AMAZING food. The best fried chicken sandwich I have ever had - like hands down no contest. Because it is a tiny cafe with only a dozen or so tables - EXPECT to wait for a table. But you can sit in a rocking chair on their large porch enjoying an iced coffee or shop the country store area while you wait. But the food is definitely worth the wait.

I'm glad I found this place by accident on the map. It was a great spot for a quiet lunch on our way to Ithaca. Really enjoyed the gift shop experience afterwards. Will definitely have to come back.

Haley and Connie made sure that our brunch was outstanding. The food was fresh and perfect as always and it made it nice to get to know your friendly efficient staff better. Affogato at New Hope sets the bar high on your espresso based beverage selection. Thank you so much!

Everything was top notch from the cleanliness of the restaurant, to the attentiveness of the staff, to the incredible food! I got the raspberry coconut pancake stack and it was like a giant homemade Zinger in the best possible way. My husband got the Bolter burrito & was very happy with that, as well. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

Wonderful breakfast in a quaint, rustic setting. Had the country breakfast and burrito. Both were very good and a good value. Many coffee flavors to choose from as well as creative pancake flavors as they are well known for this! Bonus is the cute general store to peruse and stock up on pancake mixes, baking supplies and kitchen gadgets. They even have gluten free mixes available! A “must stop” on your way through Auburn!!

Very small diner, limited seating but the food is worth the wait! Large portions for the cost. Love the little shop as well. Only suggestion - pave your parking lot. So many pot holes and everyone parks wherever so there is no official parking lines.

This is definitely an outstanding local restaurant. I have been there a number of times for both breakfast and lunch. The last visit I had a cup of chili and a grilled chicken sandwich. The chili was unique and very tasty. I never had anything quite like it. It was chock full of vegetables, meat and beans. The chili was more of a saucy consistency (quite good). The servers were attentive and always available. While we were there a guest ordered the wrong thing and it was returned to the kitchen and substituted for his new request (impressive). Give it a try and you will not be disappointed! Also parking is free and ample. Great job everyone!!
